Huawei’s next generation of smart glasses has arrived. Available in Singapore at S$638, the Huawei × Gentle Monster Eyewear II collection combines Huawei’s core technologies and acoustic privacy protection features with Gentle Monster’s design that accentuates the wearer’s personality.
What makes the eyewear smart are the smart interaction function, which transforms the glasses into a personal assistant with access to information, connectivity to the smartphomne, and built-in speaker that effectively cancels out sound leakage.
Compared to the first generation, this new eyewear features a larger, slimmer, large-amplitude loudspeaker that offers a wider soundstage range for a more immersive sound experience, perfect for listening to music, playing games, or watching TV. It can adapt the volume according to the ambient sound environment, ensuring that the user can hear clearly while minimising impact on the people around them.
Voice assistant can be activated by a double tap on the left temple. Swiping gestures lets users play the next/previous song or adjust the volume without needing to take out their smartphone.
Eyewear II can play music for five hours continuously on a single charge.
