Drone flyers are in for a treat with the new DJI FPV (first person view). Instead of viewing the flight on a screen, they can now have a cockpit view that takes the flying experience up another level.
Imagine flying like a pilot gliding across the sky, the experience is both intuitive and immersive. DJI FPV combines the first person view and high-speed performance of racing drones, cinematic camera sweep of traditional drones, safety and transmission technology of DJI’s consumer drones, and an optional innovative single-handed motion controller that lets pilots control the drone with just hand movements.
“Right out of the box, DJI FPV combines the best available technology for a hybrid drone like no other. It can fly like a racer, hover like a traditional drone, accelerate like a homebuilt project and stop faster than any of them,” said Ferdinand Wolf, Creative Director of DJI Europe.
The DJI FPV ecosystem comprises the drone, goggles, a dedicated remote controller, and a new intuitive motion controller option.
Available for purchase from store.dji.com and authorised retail partners, the DJI FPV is priced from US$1,299.
