Kofax has completed the acquisition of Ephesoft for an undisclosed fee.
With global coverage and cloud solutions, the combined company will provide organisations with value-add solutions to accelerate deployments.

Following the acqusition, Kofax will continue supporting Ephesoft’s products and customers.
