Echoss Smart Stamp: contactless validation
Korea’s 12CM and Line Taiwan have launched Takeout, a contactless way of validating orders that are being picked up in Taiwan.
When customers arrives to pick up their orders, all they need to do is show the staff their Line mobile order. The staff will then use the Echoss Smart Stamp to validate the pickup.
Hi Sushi, Ippudo and Thai Town Group are among those who are participating in this new service.
“One of the hallmarks of the Taiwanese market is that trends spread rapidly, and we are already seeing how the Line Takeout service is affecting consumer patterns,” said Joo-Hong Jee, Taiwan Business Department Head of 12CM.
