NVIDIA announces global availability of NVIDIA AI Enterprise software

NVIDIA has announced that it now has the NVIDIA AI Enterprise, a full software package that includes AI tools and structures that can virtualise AI workloads on NVIDIA-Certified Systems for hundreds of thousands of organisations using VMware vSphere.

NVIDIA-Certified systems optimised for AI workload on VMware vSphere and NVIDIA AI Enterprise are available from Atos, Dell Technologies, GIGABYTE, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Inspur, Lenovo and Supermicros, the world’s leading manufacturers. Dell Technologies today also separately revealed that it was the first hyperconverged platform for NVIDIA AI Enterprise to be recognised as an NVIDIA-Certified System.

Dozens of organisations in the automotive, education, finance, healthcare, manufacturing, and technology industries throughout the world have already begun tapping on NVIDIA AI Enterprise; many are midsize businesses that can now implement and expand data science, conversational AI, computer vision, recommender systems, and other applications utilising the world’s most frequently used servers.

“NVIDIA AI Enterprise allowed us to expand our support for our researchers and students who utilise data analytics and AI deep learning and machine learning, while making these applications easier to deploy and manage,” said Maurizio Davini, chief technology officer at the University of Pisa. “Our testing has shown that these latest collaborations between NVIDIA and VMware deliver the full potential of our GPU-accelerated virtualised infrastructure at near bare-metal speeds.”

IT professionals can tap on NVIDIA AI Enterprise, using VMware vSphere to quickly and economically support conventional business applications with the same tools that they use to manage big data centres and hybrid clouds.

With the growing accessibiilty of NVIDIA AI Enterprise for businesses, there is much to expect from the many industries that can now tap on the speed the technology brings.

NVIDIA AI Enterprise is internationally accessible via NVIDIA channel partners, including Atea, Carahsoft, Computacenter, Insight Enterprises, NTT, SVA System Vertrieb Alexander GmbH and SoftServe.
