Zendesk will acquire Momentive, which owns the SurveyMonkey platform, with the deal targeted to be completed in the first half of 2022.
The companies’ respective sizable customer bases and complementary capabilities are expected to provide significant opportunity for joint product adoption and increasing Momentive’s enterprise traction.
