Asus streamlines online shopping experience in Singapore

Asus has partnered with 2C2P to provide Singapore customers with a more a more convenient, quick and secure online experience.

By using 2C2P’s omnichannel payment solution, Asus can offer customers frictionless payments using cards, PayNow QR and instalment payment plan while connecting its digital store to its fulfilment partners for seamless payment and settlement.

The launch of its new digital store has digitalised the shopping experience for customers, complementing its existing brick-and-mortar strategy through its network of authorised resellers.

Customers can browse and purchase the latest range of laptops and desktops on the Asus Store, pay using their preferred payment method, and get their order delivered to their home or choose to pick it up at their preferred or nearest retailer. This option is already available for their Asus Exclusive Store Bugis managed by their authorised reseller and will be progressively made available to all of its 108 stores islandwide later in the year.

2C2P’s payments solution comes with customised features that help Asus to automatically reconcile multiple business streams and ensure accurate data reporting.

According to Megan Wang, Business Development Manager of Asus Singapore, the pandemic has led to significant shifts in consumer behaviour and changed the way we shop.

“Partnering with 2C2P helps Asus address these fast-evolving trends by creating a seamless omnichannel payments experience to revitalise the customer journey. 2C2P’s diverse payment options and ability to automatically reconcile transactions are important benefits. In addition, its split payment feature allows Asus to route the payments directly to its resellers or distribution partners simultaneously,” she said.
