China e-commerce service provider Baozun has established its new regional headquarters in Singapore to drive e-commerce innovation and give the competitive edge to brands in Southeast Asia (SEA).
With e-commerce fast growing in the region, Baozun aims to give brands access to custom end-to-end omnichannel services. This covers the entire e-commerce value chain from IT solutions, store operations and digital marketing to customer services, warehousing and logistics.
After expanding into Hong Kong and Taiwan in 2013, Baozun identified Singapore and Malaysia as key markets in SEA to grow its footprint. It will set up an office in the Philippines, followed by Indonesia, Vietnam and Thailand by the end of 2023.
Baozun currently employs 132 staff in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, and Malaysia.
