ISEC 2026 to spotlight AI security in Seoul

ISEC 2026 will return to COEX Seoul on August 11 and 12, with the theme The Future of AI-Driven Autonomous Security.

Marking its 20th anniversary, the cybersecurity event is expected to draw more than 10,000 security professionals.

It will feature more than 120 sessions across 25 tracks, a large exhibition with more than 150 security companies and over 200 booths, and specialised workshops for CISOs and CPOs.

It will also co-host with KAIST Cybersecurity Research Center a paid training course for hands-on cyberattack response practice.

“As we move into the era of Agent AI and Physical AI, the rapid evolution of technology brings new challenges. ISEC 2026 will be the definitive platform for discussing how to effectively develop and manage autonomous security issues triggered by these AI advancements,” said Ki-joo Lee, Chairman of the ISEC Organizing Committee.

The event is hosted by the ISEC 2026 Organizing Committee and co-organised by the Korea Internet & Security Agency, the Korea CISO Association and TheBN. More than 50 government ministries and organisations, including the Ministry of Science and ICT, the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, and the Personal Information Protection Commission, support the event.
