Boomi and Couchbase are partnering to speed enterprise AI agents from pilot to production by combining Boomi’s connectivity, runtime and governance with Couchbase’s operational data, recollection and vector search capabilities.
The collaboration will co‑engineer integrated solutions that link live enterprise systems, provide trusted semantic retrieval for agent memory, and apply governed connectivity across AI tools to improve accuracy and control in production deployments.
“The challenge isn’t building agents, it’s giving them the data, memory, and governance they need to operate in real enterprise environments. By partnering with Couchbase, we’re delivering a unified foundation that enables AI to run securely, efficiently, and at scale, with the trust and control our customers expect,” said Ed Macosky (top), Chief Product and Technology Officer of Boomi.
The combined offering hinges on three practical pillars: linking live systems for real‑time context, delivering scalable recollection for agents, and enforcing governance and policies across AI interactions.
Boomi will surface production‑ready connectivity through Boomi Connect and new AI gateway capabilities, while Couchbase supplies the low‑latency operational datastore and vector services needed for high‑performance retrieval at scale.
Enterprise customers will gain built‑in controls for compliance, lineage and performance monitoring as part of the package, addressing common blockers for moving agent prototypes into day‑to‑day operations.
“Customers are looking to drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and competitive advantage through agentic applications. Together with Boomi, we’re delivering trusted data access, recollection, and enterprise-grade governance, making it easier for organisations to operationalise AI across the business,” said Barry Morris, Chief Product and Strategy Officer of Couchbase.
