Salesforce to open Singapore AI hub in June

Salesforce will open an AI Innovation Hub in Singapore in June to help customers and partners co-innovate, test and deploy Agentforce faster.

Located at Salesforce’s office, the hub will help enterprises move more quickly from experimentation to production as they build out agentic AI capabilities.

The company is also working with Accenture, PwC Singapore and Huron to establish Data and AI Centres of Excellence (CoEs) in Singapore. These CoEs will combine Salesforce’s platform with partners’ implementation expertise to develop new applications and strengthen delivery capabilities through practical training on Agentforce.

More regional CoEs are planned for Thailand, the Philippines and Indonesia later this year.

“Singapore is well positioned to lead this shift to an agentic AI future. With strong government initiatives, we have an opportunity to drive AI adoption across the economy, elevate the workforce with new skills and create high value jobs to benefit workers and businesses in Singapore,” said Paul Carvouni (top), Senior Vice President and General Manager of Salesforce Asean.
