Amity opens regional HQ and global AI hub in Singapore

Amity has opened a Singapore office as its regional headquarters for Southeast Asia, and an AI Research & Application Center (ARAC) that serves as the global home of its AI research capabilities.

Following the Thailand-founded enterprise AI company’s US$100 million Series D round, it supports plans to reach US$200 million in annualised revenue by end-2026 and pursue an IPO in 2027.

Amity has already surpassed US$100 million in annualised revenue in 2025, more than 10 times its 2022 level, and is using the new capital to speed up agentic AI development, pursue acquisitions and attract talent to Singapore.

ARAC, which will develop vertical AI models for enterprise use, will focus on real industry data and business workflows rather than generic datasets, with current work targeting retail, telecommunications and other service sectors.

Up to 60 jobs will be created in Singapore over the next three years across research, engineering and commercial roles. The hiring push aligns with Singapore’s national AI ambitions and will help it support Amity’s enterprise customers across Asean more closely from its regional base.

“ARAC is not just a research centre, it is our commitment to building the foundational AI capabilities that enterprises across
Asia will run on for the next decade, and the base from which we intend to accelerate Amity’s next phase of growth,” said Korawad Chearavanont, Executive Chairman and Founder of Amity.
