ServiceNow has introduced six unified security solutions and new AI Specialists as part of its Autonomous Security push.
The prevention-first, AI-native cyber defence tools help enterprises prevent, contain and remediate risk at machine speed, before threats become breaches. They span unified exposure management, continuous vulnerability detection, cyber-physical security, identity and access security, agentic incident response, and cyber risk and compliance.
ServiceNow has designed them to consolidate security complexity into one governed system, where assets, identities and agents are visible, contextualised, secured, governed and auditable in a single motion.
It is part of a step towards Shift Zero, which is the move from fragmented, reactive security to prevention embedded at every layer, where every system, identity, and agent is governed and secured in real-time as threats move at AI speed. In Shift Zero, the goal is zero exposure at all times with enterprises able to answer what every system is doing, why and who is accountable, while AI moves as fast as the business needs it to.
“Security becomes an accelerant, not the brake,” said Yevgeny Dibrov (top), Senior Vice President and General Manager of cybersecurity and risk at ServiceNow, who pointed out that fragmented tools can’t keep pace with AI-driven threats with the average enterprise runs more than 70 security tools today.
Key products in the Autonomous Security suite include Agentic Exposure Management, Autonomous Remediation Agents, Application Security, Dynamic Application Security Testing, External Attack Surface Management, Agentic AI for Cyber Physical Security, AI Agent Access Security and Non-Human Identity Remediation. Several AI Specialists and compliance tools are due in December 2026.
