Klaviyo sets up Asia HQ in Singapore

Klaviyo has opened its Asia headquarters in Singapore, employing more than 25 staff as part of a broader 150-plus APAC team.

The region is one of the company’s most active markets with APAC revenue growing at a double-digit rate.

“Singapore was a natural choice for our regional headquarters as it offers deep access to a skilled talent pool, strong connectivity across the region, proximity to a fast-growing customer base, and a maturing AI ecosystem that aligns with Klaviyo’s strategic focus,” said Brian Kealey (top), APAC Managing Director of Klaviyo, which plans to expand the regional team to more than 175 employees by the end of the year.

“Through its Asia headquarters in Singapore, Klaviyo can leverage our robust digital infrastructure and consumer ecosystem to drive growth for brands serving Asia’s increasingly savvy consumers. We welcome this investment that will create opportunities for our local talent, and look forward to partnering with Klaviyo as it builds its regional presence from Singapore,” said Clare Lee, Vice President of the Global Enterprises Division at Singapore Economic Development Board.

Klaviyo has an autonomous B2C CRM that provides a real-time, lifetime view of every customer across interactions, purchases and preferences, fed by more than 350 native integrations. The data powers personalised and autonomous communications across email, WhatsApp and customer service channels.
