Vertiv has opened a new Experience Centre in Singapore to give customers and partners hands-on access to its latest power, liquid cooling and integrated infrastructure technologies for AI and high-density computing.

It is the most advanced of Vertiv’s customer experience centre in the Asia Pacific.

Designed as a customer engagement hub, the advanced facility showcases how these systems work together to meet rising demand for computing capacity while supporting energy efficiency and operational resilience.

Customers, channel partners, consultants and other industry stakeholders can explore infrastructure spanning the utility grid to the chip.

“The Experience Center gives customers and partners a hands-on environment to explore how integrated power and cooling technologies can support higher-density computing while maintaining operational resilience,” said Antony Szafranek, Senior Director of Strategic Accounts at Vertiv Asia.

Among its live displays is a pre-fabricated overhead infrastructure system that combines power distribution, liquid cooling piping, networking and busway in a single scalable platform.

Visitors can also view Vertiv’s latest generation of intelligent modular data centre infrastructure, alongside thermal management, power management and monitoring technologies designed for demanding AI applications.

Liquid cooling demonstrations include solutions for direct-to-chip and high-density applications. Other displays cover critical power systems, switchgear and power distribution, as well as infrastructure management tools that provide visibility and operational control.

Singapore’s role as a major digital infrastructure hub provides the backdrop for the opening, as AI workloads place greater demands on data centre power and cooling systems.

“The pace of AI-driven transformation requires greater integration of power, cooling and IT infrastructure. At the Experience Center, customers can see how these technologies work together to address the infrastructure requirements of AI and high-density computing,” said Daniel Sim, Senior Director of AI Ecosystem Alliances and Channel Partners at Vertiv Asia.
