YouTube rolls out new music streaming service

Spotify, beware! YouTube has announced a revamped version of YouTube Music that will be competing for music lovers.

The music streaming service will roll out on May 22, giving subscribers access to YouTube Music Premium for US$9.99 per month. Australia, South Korea and New Zealand are among the first launch countries.

Existing Google Play Music subscribers will get access to the new service, which will eventually replace Google Play Music.
