It seems like Microsoft’s rumoured acquisition of Discord is over. Just a month ago, rumours emerged that the software giant was in talks to buy the game messaging platform for US$12 billion.
According to reports, Discord has rejected the offer and the deal is off. Instead, the company is looking at a potential public listing.
Microsoft, on the other hand, still had a bit of shopping success, having bagged AI software firm Nuance Communications for US$19.6 billion.
