Veeam Software has formed a strategic alliance with Hitachi, the first of its kind in Japan.
Hitachi will offer and support Veeam data platform directly to its customers, with Veeam providing comprehensive back-end resources to support Hitachi.
This means that customers in Japan will have a single, trusted partner they can approach for comprehensive cloud, hardware, software and middleware support, including across applications, operating systems, cloud vendors, VMware, and other systems. They will also have the added advantage of immediate support in their local language, eliminating the need to reach out across multiple channels.
