Computex 2024 is about connecting AI

Come June 4 to 7, attention will turn once again to Computex 2024, the world’s leading technology exhibition. From AIoT applications to generative AI and startup ecosystems, this year’s event in Taipei will be a convergence of brilliance, innovation and collaboration.

Based on the theme Connecting AI, it encapsulates the essence of what awaits visitors at Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center Halls 1 and 2.

Here’s why this event matters:

1. The AI PC era dawns

In 2024, we stand at the threshold of the AI PC era. AI is no longer a buzzword. It’s woven into the fabric of our digital lives. AI PCs, AI servers, and AI smartphones are not futuristic dreams ā€” they are thriving realities. Computex 2024 celebrates this convergence, where silicon meets intelligence.

2. Six pillars of innovation

COMPUTEX 2024 revolves around six major themes:

  1. AI Computing: The brains behind the machines, where algorithms and silicon dance to create magic.
  2. Advanced Connectivity: From 5G to Wi-Fi 6E, seamless connections redefine how we interact with the digital world.
  3. Future Mobility: From electric vehicles and autonomous driving to smart transportation, Computex drives the future of mobility.
  4. Immersive Reality: AR, VR and mixed reality take centre stage, blurring the lines between the physical and digital realms.
  5. Sustainability: Green tech, eco-friendly solutions and responsible innovation pave the way for a better planet.
  6. Innovations: From quantum computing to edge devices, Computex showcases the bleeding edge.

3. The AI ecosystem takes shape

At Computex, international tech giants ā€” including Acer, ASRock, ASUS, Delta, Gigabyte, Intel, and MSI ā€” will come together to shape the AI ecosystem. At InnoVEX, startups can sparking cross-industry collaborations.

4. Dr Lisa Su’s opening keynote

Dr Lisa Su, Chair and CEO of AMD, will deliver the opening keynote on the next generation of AMD products that redefine experiences, push AI boundaries, and bridge the gap from cloud to edge.

Other keynote speakers from Qualcomm, Intel, MediaTek, NXP, Supermicro, and Delta, will also take the stage to share their vision for the future of the AI ecosystem.
