Exclusive Networks has agreed to acquire Nextgen Group which focuses on cybersecurity, data resiliency and digital enterprise in Australia and New Zealand.
Headquartered in Sydney, Nextgen was founded in 2011 and has 190 employees across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.
The combination of Nextgen and Exclusive Networks will provide comprehensive value-added channel management solutions, bolstered by real-time data analytics and AI-driven insights. This will benefit the entire APAC region, empowering Exclusive Networks to extend digital channel services worldwide.

The closing of the transaction is subject to customary conditions precedent and is expected to be finalised in Q2 of 2024.
