ServiceNow and Boomi have joined hands to elevate customer experiences through AI-powered self-service solutions, including ServiceNow’s Technology Provider Service Management offering.
Boomi will leverage ServiceNow’s App Engine to enhance its customer support and expand self-service capabilities. This integration will eliminate data silos, simplify internal processes and drive more efficient collaboration while reducing manual work through intelligent automation.

ServiceNow will integrate Boomi’s next-generation application programming interface (API) management capabilities with its automation engine to provide users with complete visibility across their API landscape and enhanced governance.
The partnership also covers ServiceNow offering Boomi’s advanced, lightweight API management (APIM) solution to its customers. The APIM platform will provide a centralised view across a user’s API landscape, empowering creators with complete visibility to quickly discover, provision and secure their APIs, regardless of their location.
