Proofpoint has appointed JP Yu as Vice President of Southeast Asia and Korea (SAK) to lead sales organisation in the region, which includes Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam, India, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and South Korea
Based in Singapore, he is also tasked with driving the company’s growth and expansion across SAK.
Yu is a seasoned leader with more than 20 years of experience in the cybersecurity and risk management space, where he has led in driving business success and worked with many multinational corporations and partners.
Before joining Proofpoint, Yu held positions at NetWitness, Dell-EMC, Hitachi, Fujitsu and Avanade.
