In its initial release, Agentic AI Suite features two powerful AI agents — Alex and Kate. Alex is an AI-powered screening expert for candidate evaluation. By automating and streamlining the screening process, it analyses multiple data points to assess skills, experience and cultural fit to ensure that only the most suitable candidates progress through the hiring pipeline.
Complementing Alex is Kate, a recruitment analytics specialist agent. Kate’s role is to deliver real-time, data-driven insights that enable strategic hiring decisions. By transforming complex recruitment data into actionable intelligence, it empowers HR teams to optimise their recruitment strategies and improve hiring outcomes through predictive analytics and trend analysis.
