Zyxel Networks has appointed Ken Tsai as its new President.
Tsai brings a wealth of experience to his new role, having spent 19 years with the Zyxel Group. Throughout his tenure, he has held key positions across various strategic operations and product management units, including the Gateway Strategic Business Unit, Management Center, Corporate HR Service Division, and Business Supporting Center.
His extensive expertise in brand management, market development and customer experience, gained through roles at global headquarters and several years working in European markets, positions him well as a leader of cross-departmental and cross-cultural teams.
Tsai’s leadership is expected to bring forward-thinking strategies and market insights that will fuel Zyxel Networks’ growth momentum in global markets.
