Microsoft solutions provider Avanade will acquire Singapore-based Total eBiz Solutions (TeBS) in an expansion drive in Southeast Asia.
The acquisition will bolster Avanade’s offerings in AI, cloud, engineering, digital workplace, and automation for mid-market businesses and public sector clients in the region.
It will integrate into Avanade’s service portfolio TeBS’ expertise such as the Contact Center as a Service platform and next-generation AI tools.
