Nozomi Networks has established its new Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) regional headquarters in Singapore.
The move is part of the company’s plan to accelerate innovation, enhance local support and serve nearly 100 customers across the region amid rising demand for industrial cybersecurity.
Singapore’s skilled workforce, business hub status and strong regulatory framework — such as the Cybersecurity Act and the Cyber Security Agency’s (CSA) Operational Technology Cybersecurity Masterplan 2024 — make it an ideal choice for Nozomi Networks.
Nozomi Networks plans to collaborate with CSA by sharing technical expertise and best practices to bolster critical infrastructure resilience.
Its initial team covers regional leadership, sales, marketing, professional services, partner management, customer success, and technical support, with expansion tied to market demand. The investment follows Nozomi’s pending acquisition by Mitsubishi Electric and the appointment of Singapore-based David Hope (top) as APJ Vice President.
“Nozomi Networks has worked hand in hand with Singaporean industry, critical infrastructure, and government leaders to raise the bar on industrial cyber security, and it’s fitting now to make the country our APJ headquarters,” said Hope.
