Shanghai-headquartered Hypershell has unveiled its flagship X Ultra exoskeleton.
The X Ultra integrates advanced AI to amplify human performance across diverse terrains and activities — from multi-day hikes to cycling and snow treks.
It employs the AI MotionEngine Ultra with more than a dozen sensors for real-time gait analysis to provide precise torque assistance that feels like a natural extension of the body.
The upgraded M-One Ultra Motors output 1000W peak power — a 25 percent increase over the Pro X’s 800W — enables speeds up to 25 kph while slashing cycling effort by 39 percent, walking by 20 percent, and boosting hip endurance by 63 percent.
Dual batteries support 42,000 steps or 60km walking range with smart recovery systems extending usability in demanding conditions.
New intelligent modes include Descent Assist for knee protection on downhills, Cycling+ with dynamic torque, enhanced Running+, Dune for sand stability, and Snow for powder navigation. The 12 adaptive profiles are controllable via Apple Watch integration.
Constructed from aerospace-grade materials, the 1.8kg frame withstands all weather, earning distinction as the first SGS-certified outdoor exoskeleton with fully validated claims. SGS certification is an independent verification provided by SGS that confirms that products, systems or processes meet specific national, international standards or customer-defined requirements for quality, safety, performance, and compliance.
“We are at a new frontier where technology serves to deepen our connection with the world, not distance us from it. X Ultra embodies our mission to extend human movement for more discovery, making exploration accessible to all,” said Kelvin Sun, CEO of Hypershell.
Priced at S$2,799, X Ultra will be available from February 1, 2026, at 8pm via Hypershell’s Singapore channels on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and official site, including free anti-cold battery (S$199 value) and four-port charger (S$99 value) while stocks last.
