Dassault Systèmes and NVIDIA have forged a strategic alliance to co-develop an industrial AI architecture that merges science driven world models with accelerated computing.
The partnership positions industrial AI as a mission‑critical foundation for sectors ranging from biology and materials science to engineering and global manufacturing.
It involves integrating Dassault’s virtual twin technology with NVIDIA’s AI platforms, open models and Omniverse ecosystem. The partners plan to roll out skilled virtual companions on Dassault’s 3DExperience platform — AI agents capable of offering trusted, contextual intelligence to engineers, designers and scientists.
Dassault will also establish AI factories built on NVIDIA’s hardware and software stacks through its Outscale cloud network across Asia, Europe and North America.
NVIDIA will adopt Dassault’s model based systems engineering approach to power its next generation AI infrastructure, beginning with the Rubin platform.

The companies expect the joint ecosystem to accelerate breakthroughs in molecular design using NVIDIA BioNeMo and Dassault’s Biovia models, enable real time engineering insights with Simulia and CUDA X, and support autonomous production systems through Delmia and NVIDIA’s physical AI libraries.
“Together with NVIDIA, we are building industry world models that unite virtual twins and accelerated computing to help industry design, simulate and operate complex systems in biology, materials science, engineering and manufacturing with confidence. This partnership establishes a new foundation for industrial AI, one that is trustworthy by design and capable of scaling innovation across the generative economy,” said Pascal Daloz (top left), CEO of Dassault Systèmes.
“Physical AI is the next frontier of artificial intelligence, grounded in the laws of the physical
world. Together with Dassault Systèmes, we’re uniting decades of industrial leadership with NVIDIA’s AI and Omniverse platforms to transform how millions of researchers, designers and engineers build the world’s largest industries,” said Jensen Huang (top right), Founder and CEO of NVIDIA.
