Synology has appointed Convergent Systems (S) as a distributor in Singapore to deepen its reach among enterprises and small businesses seeking more robust data management and protection solutions.
It considers Singapore a key market where organisations are grappling with rapid data growth, limited IT resources and rising cyber risks. The tie-up is aimed at helping businesses move away from scattered data silos and manual backups to more integrated, secure and scalable infrastructure.
Under the agreement, Convergent will distribute Synology’s portfolio of network-attached storage, data backup and recovery platforms, surveillance solutions and business productivity tools in the country.
By pairing Synology’s technology with Convergent’s channel reach, both companies aim to support IT teams in simplifying data management and ensuring business continuity.
