Expereo upgrades expereoOne with new digital case tool

Expereo has enhanced digital case management (DCM) in its expereoOne platform to speed up and simplify service‑issue resolution for enterprises.

With the update, enterprises can create, manage and track support cases end‑to‑end through a single digital workflow, replacing scattered email threads with a shared, real‑time view of case status, messages and documents.

The tool lets users add colleagues or third‑party contacts to a case and control notification preferences in a redesigned Preference Centre to reduce operational noise and miscommunication.

“Enterprises need immediate visibility and control across distributed networks. The enhanced digital case management experience delivers a transparent workflow that keeps every stakeholder aligned, reduces operational noise and accelerates resolution.” said Julian Skeels, Chief Digital Officer of Expereo.

Partnership with Cato Networks

In another development Expereo is partnering with Cato Networks to combine Expereo’s managed network as a service underlay with Cato’s secure access service edge (SASE) platform.

The collaboration aims to replace fragmented, multi-vendor architectures with one converged, cloud-native network and security stack for medium to large multinational enterprises.

Customers will be able to buy, deploy and manage both network underlay and overlay through one provider and one contract, rather than stitching together MPLS, internet and security services from multiple vendors.

“This collaboration is about eliminating complexity. Together with Cato, we’re removing the need for multiple vendors and fragmented solutions. Enterprises can now move faster, scale smarter, and operate more securely – with one platform and one global partner,” said Eric Wong (top), President of Asia Pacific at Expereo.

“Our combined capabilities offer a disruptive alternative to legacy MPLS and multi-vendor chaos. This is the future of secure enterprise networking – simple and global,” said Jason Pender, AVP of Global Service Providers at Cato Network.

The two companies will pair Cato’s global private backbone and more than 85 points of presence with Expereo’s reach into over 190 countries to give customers consistent performance and security wherever users and sites are located.

Direct on-ramps from Expereo’s internet underlay into Cato’s backbone are expected to cut latency and improve reliability for cloud and SaaS traffic, delivering smoother application experiences for distributed workforces.
