Bumrungrad International Hospital and the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT) have turned to Salesforce’s Agentforce platform to accelerate their transformation into fully agentic enterprises that harness generative AI to enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement.
By deploying Salesforce’s Einstein 1 Platform with trusted enterprise AI capabilities, both organisations aim to automate workflows, streamline communication and gain deeper insights from data.
The move makes Bumrungrad and IEAT among the first in Southeast Asia to adopt the Agentforce suite that lets companies build autonomous, goal-driven digital agents across departments.
Bumrungrad, one of Asia’s leading medical institutions, plans to use Agentforce to personalise patient care and improve service quality through intelligent automation.

IEAT, the state enterprise overseeing Thailand’s industrial estates, will use the platform to improve stakeholder engagement, efficiency and collaboration across its nationwide network.
