HPE unveils private 5G solution to boost connectivity for enterprises

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) has launched a private 5G networking solution to help businesses accelerate the deployment and streamline the management of private 5G networks across large campuses and industrial environments.

The HPE Aruba Networking Enterprise Private 5G aims to provide reliable, high-performance wireless coverage while unlocking new use cases for private cellular technology.

HPE Aruba Networking combines wi-fi and private 5G solutions to let users solve complex connectivity challenges across large and remote sites in industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, public venues, and education.

On top of providing cost-effective, high-capacity connectivity, it also helps businesses drive productivity and innovation gains. The solution complements existing wi-fi networks, expanding AI data capture and delivery capabilities for building AI data lakes and activating inference solutions.

Creating new revenue streams for telcos

HPE Aruba Networking Enterprise Private 5G enables communications service providers (CSPs) to quickly deploy private 5G networks for their customers. Complementing existing wi-fi-based managed services, it will help telcos service the growing private cellular market and generate new revenue streams from their enterprise customers.

“By integrating private 5G capabilities with existing wi-fi infrastructure, CSPs can deliver unparalleled connectivity solutions that drive new revenue streams and meet the evolving demands of the private cellular market. This innovation not only enhances their service offerings but also positions them at the forefront of next-generation wireless technology,” said Mark Ablett, Vice President of Asia Pacific and Japan at HPE Aruba Networking.
