Filipino superapp JoyRide is partnering PLDT Enterprise to leverage cutting-edge connectivity and communication solutions to expand JoyRide’s services and enhance operational efficiency across the Philippines.
Under the partnership, JoyRide will incorporate a suite of PLDT Enterprise’s fixed and wireless solutions, including Smart Messaging Suite, Smart Bro, Bizload, Smart Postpaid, SIP Trunk, and Direct Subscriber Line. These technologies will support JoyRide’s expansion in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, covering major cities and regions.
The partnership introduces several improvements to JoyRide’s services. Real-time customer engagement will be facilitated through Smart Messaging Suite, while interactive ride experiences will be provided with Smart Bro-powered tablets in taxis. It also ensures streamlined communication for riders and employees, as well as improved call operations with SIP Trunk and Direct Subscriber Line.
JoyRide’s reach now extends to Metro Manila, Rizal, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, Cebu, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Naga, Legaspi, and Pampanga. Its new JoyRide Bus service on the SuperApp connects commuters to Pampanga, Tarlac, Pangasinan, Baguio, and Cagayan via Victory Liner.
