Google Cloud gets new Malaysia Country Manager

Google Cloud has appointed Hana Raja as its new Country Manager for Malaysia.

Raja will oversee the local go-to-market strategy and operations for Google Cloud and Google Workspace, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive enterprise-grade, AI-powered cloud technology adoption among Malaysian organizations.

Raja brings more than 16 years of leadership experience from previous roles at Cisco and Bain & Company, where she worked closely with executive teams across industries such as financial services, healthcare, automotive, and the public sector to define growth strategies and enhance customer experiences.

She reports to Serene Sia, Country Director for Malaysia and Singapore at Google Cloud.

“With her rich vision, experience, industry network and focus on people and culture, Hana will play an important role in advancing our growth journey in this key market. We are confident that her leadership will help more local organisations thrive in a digital economy that’s projected to be worth up to US$70 billion by 2030,” said Sia.

“We have strong ambitions for further growth in Malaysia and I look forward to continuing to expand our local team and partner ecosystem. Together, we can build on the company’s successes to date and increase the scope and scale of our collaborations with the government and businesses,” said Raja.
