Agora and WIZ.AI partner to deliver multilingual AI customer service solutions

Agora and WIZ.AI have teamed up to deliver advanced AI-powered customer engagement solutions tailored for enterprises operating across multiple languages and regions.

The collaboration leverages Agora’s ultra low latency communication infrastructure and conversational AI with WIZ.AI’s scenario-driven, localised voice AI technology. The integrated solution will help enterprises automate large volumes of inbound and outbound customer interactions to enable real-time, natural conversations in diverse local languages and dialects.

According to Gartner, by 2029, agentic AI is projected to autonomously resolve 80 percent of common customer service issues, potentially reducing operational costs by 30 percent. This trend underscores the need for reliable, multilingual AI agents capable of delivering proactive, human-like engagement at scale.
