Clio has launched the Clio Duo AI tool for the legal sector in Singapore and the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.
The AI tool automates repetitive administrative work, extracts key insights from legal documents, and generates smart, context-aware recommendations — helping lawyers recover valuable hours, improve their productivity and elevate the level of service provided to clients.

According to the latest Clio Legal Trends Report, nearly four out of five law firms are already employing AI in their practices to some degree, with a majority expecting to increase this use within the year. Clients are also increasingly receptive, with 70 percent voicing support for, or preference toward, law firms that utilise AI.
Tools like Clio Duo automate routine tasks such as composing emails, retrieving matter information, creating document summaries, and assisting with timekeeping. These features free legal professionals to focus on strategic and complex matters.
Early adopters in the Asia-Pacific have reported faster case resolutions, improved responsiveness to client requests, and notably less time spent on manual document review. The benefits extend beyond efficiency, as firms also experience meaningful business growth.
In terms of reliability, Clio Duo software distinguishes itself by being purpose-built for law firms. It operates solely on a firm’s existing secure data and does not train on any client information, with every user action recorded for transparency.
Permission controls are strictly enforced to ensure that only authorised personnel can access specific firm data.
Clio Duo is now available to all Clio Manage users in Singapore and across APAC.
