AXS has completed a company-wide digital transformation using Grow with SAP to position itself for regional expansion.
For more than two decades, AXS has been known for convenient bill payments, processing more than S$20 billion in transactions annually.
As one in four Singaporeans rely on its services, it has become synonymous with efficiency and reliability in the local payments ecosystem.
AXS is building on this legacy and accelerate growth with the help of SAP’s intelligent, cloud-based technology.
The digital transformation began in early 2025, with AXS working closely alongside implementation partner Nirvasoft. Within three months, the payment solutions provider moved from its legacy infrastructure to a unified, cloud-based ERP platform.
During the migration, AXS ran its old systems in parallel with the new solution to ensure uninterrupted service to its customers and partners.

Real-time impact
The results of this transformation have touched every part of AXS’ business. All teams now work from a unified digital platform, which delivers real-time visibility across operations and financials.
Manual work and errors have been greatly reduced to enable faster and more accurate decision-making. Procurement and budget approvals take place seamlessly, without the delays of previous processes.
Finance teams no longer have to wait until month-end for insights to access up-to-the-minute data on demand. This not only improves efficiency but also supports rapid innovation, especially as AXS explores AI-powered finance tools and launches new B2B payment offerings.

It is also actively exploring the adoption of SAP Business AI tools to examine how automation and intelligent insights can drive faster processing, reduce manual work, and improve forecasting across its operations.
