Huawei has unveiled the Huawei Mobile WiFi Prime E5878, claimed to be the world’s thinnest at 7.5mm, the equivalent of five credit cards stacked on top of each other.
Delivering download speeds of up to 150 Mbps and connectivity for up to 10 devices, Huawei Prime is so compact and portable at 109.5mm long and 58mm wide that it can easily slide into a pocket or bag to stay connected on-the-go, making it ideal for small and home office business professionals.
Huawei Prime features press and play functionality with a five-second start up to provide quick connectivity for up to 10 WiFi-enabled devices at once with a range of 100 metres.
Its minimalist 0.96-inch OLED screen displays how many devices it is connected to, how many text messages have been sent or received, and most importantly, how much data has been used while connected to ensure data allowance is not exceeded. A handy full micro-USB cable slot is tucked into the lower bottom right corner and can be used to connect the hotspot to a PC as a modem or storage device for any files that are too large for a smartphone.
Use Huawei Prime to stay online for up to eight hours of use in LTE mode or 380 hours of standby time provided by the 1900 mAh battery.
