Taiwan broke ground on its first artificial intelligence (AI) park in New Taipei City on August 13. When completed in 2023, the Tucheng AI Science Park will cover an area of 53,000 square meters and feature four 17-story buildings.
Expected to generate about 13,000 jobs, it will also boast the only sky track in an industrial district.
The US$462 million project aims to tap into Taiwan’s software talent and create a space local startups and international AI manufacturers and service providers.
