ForgeRock has named Tschudy Smith as Chief People Officer to lead talent strategy, including employee experience, rewards, attraction, retention, development, diversity, and inclusion for ForgeRock’s global workforce of more than 760 employees.
Smith was formerly Senior Vice President of People and Communities of Cisco where she oversaw people, talent, rewards, recruiting, and leadership development strategies. Prior to Cisco, she was a Senior Leader of Human Resources at AOL/Time Warner, having started her path to the company with Netscape Communications.
“For two decades, Tschudy has been at the forefront of solving complex problems at scale across industries from distribution to software, services and networking. She has an unshakeable belief in success and clarity on how to achieve it,” said Fran Rosch, CEO of ForgeRock.
