Rocket Software has named Bruce Bowden as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) where he will oversee the company’s finance, legal, and corporate development teams with a focus on driving enterprise transformation, growth and profitability.
Veteran CFO Bowden was most recently at Bottomline Technologies and Interactions, where he helped bring the company to its next level of growth and scale.
Prior to that, Bowden led transformation, corporate strategy and development at Nuance Communications, where he instilled vision for organic growth and successfully boosted shareholder value.
