SenseTime has rolled out the SenseNova-Skills open-source office productivity suite for automating knowledge work and accelerating adoption of agent-based AI systems across industries.
Compatible with emerging agent frameworks such as OpenClaw and hermes-agent, the suite is part of SenseTime’s strategy to embed AI deeper into everyday enterprise workflows while lowering barriers to deployment through open-source accessibility.
It comprises four office functions — infographic generation, presentation creation, data analysis, and deep research — into modular capabilities that can operate independently or as part of fully automated pipelines.
The platform’s infographic generation tool produces publication-ready visuals from raw inputs, combining intelligent layout selection with built-in quality assurance to meet professional standards and maintain brand consistency through reference-based design.
Its presentation engine lets users generate complete slide decks by defining parameters such as topic, audience and structure, with outputs ranging from text-driven formats to image-rich layouts, all exportable as fully editable PowerPoint files.
On the data front, SenseNova-Skills is engineered to handle complex spreadsheet environments to support multi-sheet Excel processing, automated data cleaning, conditional filtering, and aggregation at scale. This is complemented by a deep research function that structures end-to-end research workflows to synthesise insights from a wide spectrum of sources —including academic databases, technical repositories, and social platforms. Outputs include as industry reports, competitive intelligence and investment analyses.
Together, these tools form a comprehensive layer for AI-driven knowledge work, particularly in functions such as strategy, marketing and operations.
The suite has been fully integrated into SenseTime’s Office Raccoon AI assistant to allow users to access its full functionality instantly via a web-based interface without installation or configuration.
Office Raccoon, which serves more than 15 million users and thousands of enterprise customers, has been enhanced with improved data analysis, presentation generation and task planning capabilities, alongside the addition of multimodal infographic generation powered by SenseNova U1.
The underlying model supports advanced reasoning and multimodal understanding to enable more context-aware outputs across text, data and visual formats.
From an infrastructure perspective, SenseNova-Skills is built on a new Agent OS architecture that combines cloud-based reasoning with localized computing. This hybrid approach is designed to address enterprise priorities around data security, performance and personalization, while supporting scalable deployment across different organisational environments.
Beyond its native integration, SenseNova-Skills is a flexible developer platform that can be deployed independently via a one-click installer with OpenAI API compatibility, or selectively integrated into other agent-compatible frameworks, enabling organizations to tailor workflows to specific operational needs.
By open-sourcing the platform and providing modular integration options, SenseTime is aiming to foster a broader ecosystem of developers and enterprise adopters, reinforcing its presence in the competitive AI productivity and enterprise software landscape.
