UK-based Dense Air has appointed Kordia to support its operations in New Zealand.
Dense Air offers densification and network extension solutions designed to complement mobile network operators and enable private networks, critical communications, and IoT connectivity. Its targeted small cell solution provides additional network capacity and eliminates both indoor and outdoor coverage “not” spots, typically on a neutral host basis.
Kordia has extensive operational experience and provides network infrastructure, services and support to major telecommunications and broadcast operators in New Zealand.
Delivering operational excellence
The appointment will help Dense Air in delivering the operational excellence irequired to retain the trust of operator customers, and to securely manage their users .
Dense Air has integrated its production environment with Kordia’s 24x7x365 network operations centre in Wellington. It has contracted for the implementation of monitoring, incident management, performance reporting and automated KPI dashboards into Kordia’s existing systems and processes.
Kordia also has logistics and material handling capability integrated with its engineering field force that will support the installation and commissioning of Dense Air small cells.
