FPT has set up the first Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) – Data AI Innovation in Asean in partnership with Salesforce to turbocharge financial institutions’ shift to agentic enterprises.
Located at FPT Tower in Hanoi, the hub provides banks with a hands-on sandbox to test and deploy real-world AI applications.
Blending FPT’s implementation prowess with Salesforce’s AI CRM platform. the CoE features agentic banking demos, from AI-driven digital onboarding that activates accounts in minutes to personalised financial nudges based on spending patterns and real-time customer insights via Tableau dashboards.
It doubles as a joint R&D lab for fresh apps and a training ground on Agentforce and Data 360 to prepare Vietnam’s banks for the agentic era.
