TPG Telecom has turned to IDEMIA to provide LTE SIM cards to its SIM-only plan subscribers in Singapore.
A key selling point of TPG is its 1GB of free data roaming to selected countries.
The partnership gives TPG an over-the-air (OTA) platform to deliver SIM data updates for a seamless roaming experience, which is particularly useful when subscribers travel to neighbouring countries.
This lets subscribers stay connected while travelling to those countries without having to worry about roaming settings.
