Acronis boosts cyber protection portfolio with CyberLynx acquisition

Acronis has acquired Israel-based CyberLynx to enhance cyber protection portfolio — its third acquisition in as many years with plans for more as it continues on its growth momentum.

CyberLynx provides security audits, penetration testing and proprietary training solutions, and has strong links with leading forensic suppliers.

“Adding CyberLynx to our portfolio helps Acronis provide security evaluations services to our partners, empowering them to improve their clients’ protection. Working with our security team and global network of Cyber Protection Operation Centers, we will assist managed service providers (MSPs) as they transition to managed security service providers (MSSPs) delivering training in incident response, penetration testing, and forensic analysis.”,” said Serguei Beloussov, Founder and CEO of Acronis.

CyberLynx’s services will be integrated into the suite of Acronis Security Services, expanding the training and solutions available to increase an organisation’s security posture.

Armed with CyberLynx’s expertise in threat simulation and analysis, Acronis can better assist MSPs and MSSPs in protecting their clients and serving as the last line of defense against the latest threats.
