Abu Dhabi-based startup Tactica AI has unveiled its pioneering multi-domain AI platform for real-time operational decisions.
Showcased at Make it in the Emirates 2026, the platform transforms fragmented data from GEOINT, OSINT, sensors, and IoT into actionable insights via agentic AI orchestration.
The system shifts from static dashboards to outcome-driven tasking to create unified views across teams while keeping humans in the loop for oversight.
“Tactica AI changes the operating model from ‘show me the data’ to ‘help me decide what to do next.’ It brings intelligence, tasking, workflows, and AI agents into a single decision layer, while remaining deployable on existing infrastructure. Developed by Technology Innovation Institute (TII) in under 35 days, the platform integrates TII’s proprietary AI models with third-party tech, supports natural language interactions, and deploys on existing infrastructure without vendor lock-in.
“Tactica AI reflects the next phase of sovereign AI: systems that do not simply process information, but strengthen the ability to act on it. In complex environments, speed and clarity can define outcomes,” said Najwa Aaraj, CEO of TII.
Tactica AI targets defence, crisis response, critical infrastructure, smart cities, energy, sustainability, and logistics operations.
