The Huawei Mate X is one of the devices that’s ready for 5G.5G mobile phone services will be available across China from tomorrow (November 1, 2019). China Mobile, China Unicom and China Telecom have announced on their 5G plans which from 128 yuans a month.The roll out is ahead of the original target date of early next year. According to Reuters, China “accelerated its plans as tensions with the United States, especially over its boycott of telecoms giant Huawei Technologies, heated up.”
More than 50,000 5G base stations will be installed in 50 cities by the end of this year. Coverage is already available in Tier 1 cities such as Beijing, Guangzhou, Hangzhou, and Shanghai.
