Indonesia mobile telco XL Axiata has chosen selected ForgeRock Identity Platform for its cloud-based initiative to unify its many customer-facing systems.
With more than 55 million subscribers across Indonesia, XL Axiata was looking for a secure and reliable identity management platform for its customers to access its services.
It also needed consent management capabilities to give customers control over their own data as part of the telco’s effort to deepen customer relationships and build greater trust.
