Airship expands AI agent fleet for continuous goal optimisation

Airship has expanded its AI agent fleet that introduces the new Campaigns AI Agent alongside enhancements to existing agents. The move enables continuous goal optimisation without developer resources.

The no-code platform integrates unified customer data and cross-channel orchestration — spanning app, SMS, push, email, and in-app web — to allow marketing and growth teams to build personalised campaigns via natural-language conversations, slashing month-long projects to hours.

Included in this expanded fleet are Campaigns AI Agent for rapid brief-to-execution workflows; an enhanced Native Experience AI Agent for composable, adaptive app interfaces; Journeys AI Agent for seamless multi-channel paths; and Recommendations, Accessibility, and Brand Guidelines agents for real-time actions, compliance and brand alignment.
